How long will it take to fix my car?
On average, it takes about four or five days to complete most repairs. This varies due the amount of damage and whether we are a “direct repair shop” with your insurance company.

Which insurance companies do you work with?
We work regularly with all insurance companies, including Geico, Hartford, Progressive and State Farm. And we are a contracted direct repair shop for Allstate, Germania, Liberty Mutual, and Safeco.

And what is the advantage of being a direct repair shop for these insurance companies?
Vehicles insured through these companies are usually approved immediately for repairs.

For other insurance companies, it could take two or three days to receive approval and begin the job.

What does the process of working with you look like from start to finish?

  1. First, come in for an initial consultation. We’ll take photos, assess your vehicle’s damage, create our estimate and send it to your insurance company. We will do everything possible to earn your business, and we pride ourselves on making the entire process effortless and worry-free for our customers.
  2. Once approved, we will schedule the repair and work our magic.
  3. Once your repair is complete, we’ll call you.

Tell me more about your lifetime warranty?
When you drive away from our shop in your newly repaired vehicle, we want you to have peace-of-mind that your car has been completely restored to its pre-accident condition. So we cover those repairs for any problem that may ensue for as long as you own the vehicle. (If you sell the vehicle, however, the warranty doesn’t transfer to the new owner.)

Are there hidden costs I should know about?
